    7:30 or 13:30, depart from your hotel, passing along the local village, rice fields

    8:30-10:30 or 14:30-16:30. Upon arrive at the lake inlet then get on board a private wooden boat from Kampong Khleang’s pier for visit a very quiet floating village on Tonle Sap lake.  It is the largest freshwater lake in South East Asia, connects to the Mekong river. Tonlé Sap Lake plays as of central importance role for Cambodia's food provision.

    Onboard cruises through Kampong Khleang, the largest remote village on the lake, focusing on traditional fishing. The village is interesting due to its long stilt houses, schools, pagodas, and clinics. Visitors can witness daily life and work in this unique and authentic Cambodian village on the waterscape.

    Note: Kampong Khleang may fully flood between Sep-Nov alternative floating village at Chong Kneas can be arranged instead during low water level.
