Siem Reap is the gateway to the world’s most spectacular ancient temples, dating from 8th-13th centuries with their countless sculptured decorations and former Khmer capitals. Beyond, it has more fun activities to do outside of the temples.

Get up early for an eye-catching sunrise at Angkor Wat, you might be lucky to see the sunlight rays clear for a dawn display of color over the towers, making the view towards the temple stunning. Then you will have a refreshment breakfast and coffee before jumping into the discover the temple during less visitors.
Angkor Wat built in 1113-1150. The structure is said to be one of the world’s largest religious monuments. It appears to have been both the state temple and mausoleum, dedicating to the god Vishnu, then for Buddhists. The temple is famous for bas-reliefs encircling the temple wall depicting scenes from Hindu mythology and the historical wars of the King. The central tower reaches a height of 65 meters where you may also climb up and enjoy a breathtaking view. Angkor Wat symbolizes the soul of the Khmer people and graces every Cambodia's flag.

This evening, you will be entertained with a special performance of the Cambodian circus at Phare Ponleu Selpak. Get inside a pagoda where you can learn more about the life of a Monk and Theravada Buddhism. Buddhism in Cambodia is a way of life that most people incorporate into their daily life. You will get to meet the Monks, experience a sacred water blessing for good luck and prosperity - a very special experience.
Then you encounter a unique and memorable experience to start your day to have Champagne breakfast at a beautiful traditional wooden house nesting with lush garden nearby the royal bathing pool of Sra Srang. It includes a welcome glass of welcome one glass of wine, free flow for soft drink, chilled juices, local beers, coffee & tea and a delectable meal, offering a leisurely morning meal with a touch of elegance and sophistication.
Continue to visit Banteay Srei temple, so-called "Citadel of the Women". It was built in 967, and the temple’s most intricate and deep carvings and architectural details in the unique pink-hued sandstone temple well preserve the best of Khmer art.

Founded in 1372 and capitalized from 1434, Phnom Penh was known as the "Pearl of Asia" and was considered one of the most beautiful cities built by the French during the colonial period in the region. Mid-afternoon, you will get inside for a visit National Museum-built of red bricks by the French in a pseudo-traditional Khmer style with an inviting courtyard garden. It is one of the world's largest collections of Khmer art, including sculptural, ceramics, bronzes and wooden objects. More than a thousand items are on display which are dating from the pre-Angkorian period to the post empire time.
You may stop at a cozy atmosphere under the trees for your coffee and some snacks after the museum (Note: Any consumption is on your own account).
Option for browsing through the colorful market at Central Market, is a large market in the shape of a dome with four arms branching out into vast hallways with countless stalls of goods, you can find clothes, souvenirs, jewellery.
If you wish, stepping into the magic of Phnom Penh by night! An evening stroll in front of the majestic Royal Palace, illuminated in golden splendor and see local people doing aerobic dancing exercise where you also join!
