Financial Administrator & Billing Coordinator

About this role:

Manage the financial backbone of Serva Travel by overseeing client invoicing, vendor payments, and expense tracking. You will ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial transactions related to travel packages and operations. This detail-oriented role is key to maintaining our financial integrity and requires strong proficiency in accounting software and a commitment to meticulous record-keeping.

Location:

Head Office, Phnom Penh

Responsibilities:

- Process client invoices and secure payments
- Manage vendor payables and reconciliations
- Track departmental budgets
- Prepare financial reports for management
- Ensure compliance with IATA financial standards

Qualifications:

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
- 2+ years experience in a billing or financial administrator role
- Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar software

Skills:

- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Financial reporting
- Compliance knowledge
