Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate assistance for in-travel emergencies
- Process flight/hotel re-bookings
- Liaise with global partners during crises
- Document all support interactions accurately
- Maintain a high level of empathy
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in call center/airline/hospitality crisis management
- Proven track record of urgent problem-solving
