    17:00-18:00. Upon arrival at the class where you are looking for a space to reconnect with yourself, find inner peace, and strengthen your body? Yoga offers a welcoming community where you can practice mindfulness, improve flexibility, and relieve stress. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, our classes are designed to support your journey. 

    End of your course, you will energy with a drink fresh coconut for your electrolytes. It’s crucial to restore the balance of sodium, potassium, and magnesium after a good sweat.

    19:00-20:00. Get pampered and enjoy a relaxing an hour with Aroma Therapy Massage – Body Massage offering relaxation and stimulation go hand-in-hand with one of our therapeutic aromatherapy oil massages. Working with a range of different essential oils, this massage activates the nerve endings and increases blood circulation throughout the whole body.

    20:30-21:30. Your final stop for dinner and a signature mocktail or cocktail will be served at Aura Phnom Penh, a casual rooftop restaurant, a stylish venue offering a blend of modern dining, DJs playing music or bands and vibrant nightlife that you will enjoy during your meal.
