  • Sihanoukville - Kampot & Kep - Sihanoukville

    Breakfast Lunch Dinner

    Journey along Cambodia’s southern coast to Kampot and Kep, highlighted by exploring the beautiful town then visit pepper farm and enjoy lunch at La Plantation. Discover the local market and experience authentic coastal life—perfect for cruise guests seeking a relaxed yet immersive day. 

    Our English-speaking local guide & vehicle will come close to the ship for greeting and pick you up for the tour today.   

    Passengers need to request booking at least 1 week prior to arrival.

    07:00 – 07:30 | Port Pick-Up passenger from the ship directly 

    Meet your English-speaking guide at the cruise terminal in Sihanoukville. After a short welcome briefing, depart immediately for Kampot via the expressway (Approx. 100Km, Est. 2:00 hrs drive). 

    09:30 – 10:30 | Visit Kampot Pepper Farm 

    Discover the world of Cambodia’s famous Kampot pepper with a visit to La Plantation, one of the region’s most respected and sustainably run farms. Set amidst picturesque countryside, the plantation offers a fascinating insight into traditional and modern pepper cultivation. The farm still follows century-old traditions to preserve the original taste of each spice. Enjoy a guided walking tour through the lush fields, where you will learn about the growing process, harvesting techniques, and the unique characteristics that make the pepper famous. Your visit includes a tasting session, allowing you to sample different varieties—black, red, and white pepper—each with its own distinct aroma and flavor.

    10:30 – 13:00 | Cooking Class 

    Now, you are ready to enjoy a hands-on Cambodian cooking class with a Khmer chef at La Plantation Pepper Farm, set in a lush tropical garden. Learn to prepare traditional dishes using fresh local ingredients, then relax and savor your creations in a beautiful garden setting (Note: La Plantation farm & cooking sharing class will be substituted if it is not available).

    13:45 – 14:30 | Kep Coastal Visit

    Now, departure for Kep, it is seaside featuring the old buildings near the ocean front. The town was Cambodia's most popular and prestigious beach town from the early 1900s until the 1960s. 

    You will go browsing Crab market wandering through to see the local seafood industry in action. Small sellers & buyers store for the freshest seafood - crabs, fish, calamari and many interesting sites & smells here! Here, you can taste the local food and fruit that your guide will settle. 

    14:30 – 17:30 | Return back to Sihanoukville with exploring the beautiful French colonial town

    Return to Sihanoukville and explore Kampot town, it sits on the east bank of the river giving you a talking tour which is truly excellent, within the town plenty of villas and old shopfront trading houses by French colonial architecture, especially along the river road making it a pleasant area to wander around.

    Upon arrival directly to the port. We will drop you off at the ship directly and say goodbye.
