    Breakfast Lunch Dinner

    8:40 or 14:40, depart from your hotel with driver only. 

    9:00-12:40 or 15:00-18:40. Today, you will gain insight into genuine Cambodian cuisine at a cooking class. Tour starts the day with a guided tour through local market where your teacher-cook will explain about Cambodian vegetables, herbs, spices and other ingredients for the course. Back to the class then you will be explored by teacher about the guidance of traditional methods for preparation. You will observe and practice Khmer cuisine techniques creating your own dishes for meal. (Note: Cooking class is joined sharing basic).
