  • Arrival – Siem Reap, Cambodia

    Sua s'dei! Welcome to Cambodia. (IATA Siem Reap–Angkor Int’l Airport Code: SAI)  

    Upon arrival at Siem Reap airport by flight, you will be welcomed by local English-speaking guide who will escort you directly to hotel for relaxing.    Note: Official check-in time at 2:00pm. 

    Siem Reap is the gateway to the world’s most spectacular ancient temples, dating from 8th-13th centuries with their countless sculptured decorations and former Khmer capitals. 

    Get pampered and enjoy a relaxing with traditional massage that is a combination of acupressure and light stretching movements. The treatment helps recover a smooth energy flow and increase flexibility of your body movement which is perfect for your relaxing.

    Stop at a looming large building on the roadside where you will get inside to discover Angkor National Museum, a state-of-the-art showpiece on the Khmer civilization. Before visiting ancient temples, it is a very helpful experience for visitors to put the history of Angkor and the Khmer kingdom in context.

  • Siem Reap

    Breakfast Lunch Dinner

    This morning, drive out of Siem Reap about 35km to the countryside to visit Banteay Srei temple, so-called "Citadel of the Women". It was built in 967, and the temple’s most intricate and deep carvings and architectural details in the unique pink-hued sandstone temple preserve the best of Khmer art.

    Walk inside a Buddhist pagoda where you will experience a blessing ceremony. The monk will pray, wishing you happiness, good luck, and prosperity—a truly memorable moment!

    Also stop to see the village vendor stalls along the roadsides where you can taste palm wine and palm sugar chunks wrapped in palm leaves, and you may also taste the fresh palm sugar including Khmer cake. (Note: It is seasonal local produce.)

    This evening you will be entertained with a special performance of the Cambodian circus at Phare Ponleu Selpak. Inside the campus, you will enjoy the rotation of a spectacular show put on by a talented and energetic troupe of young performers. (Note: The one-hour show opens for the public daily at 8:00 p.m.)

  • Siem Reap

    7:00am, early departure from hotel to escape the crowds, your exploration of a Remork Motor begins with the lady driver. It is the easiest and fun way to look around you on board, aside from supporting women. 

    First, you will explore the beautiful Ta Prohm temple. The huge roots of giant trees and vines make this temple unique and famous. The temple is so peaceful and restored to nature that it was even used as a filming location for Angelina Jolie's film ``Lara Croft: Tomb Raider.''

    Then you will get on a charming gondola boat and ride along the calm moat of the Angkor Thom wall. Stop off and climb up to a little-known temple Prasat Chrung to enjoy a breathtaking sunset view and the romantic atmosphere of the site. While you enjoy paddling slowly along the moat, you will have champagne breakfast on board with wonderful nature. 

    You will visit the last capital of the Khmer Empire, Angkor Thom is literally "Great City" which was established in the early 12th century. Enter the capital through South Gate with its impressive sandstone carving, then continue to Bayon Temple sits at the heart of the capital. Its masterpiece consists of 54 standing towers with four huge smiling faces, and its outer gallery contains about 11000 bas-reliefs depicting heroic historical tales as well as scenes of Khmer daily life in that civilization.

  • Siem Reap - Departure

    Get up early for an eye-catching sunrise at Angkor Wat, then you will have a refreshing fruit and coffee before jumping into the discovery of the temple during less visitors. 

    Angkor Wat was built in 1113-1150 during the reign of King Suryavarman II. The structure occupies and enormous site of nearly 2 km2, said to be the one of the world’s largest religious monuments. The temple is famous for bas-reliefs encircling the temple wall depicting scene from Hindu mythology and the historical wars of the King. 

    Return to the hotel for breakfast and enjoy hotel amenities the rest of the morning.

    The balanced day is free at leisure until appointed time transfer to airport for your departure flight together.
